Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. Just use the pre-paid USPS Priority Mail return label on the bottom back corner of your packing slip. Tape the label to your parcel and drop it in any mailbox or give it to your mail carrier. No postage is required.

Since we want our customers to be completely satisfied, please indicate the reason for the return or exchange on the back of the packing slip. Refunds for returns will include the full purchase price plus return postage charges (if any). Return postage is only reimbursed for packages mailed via USPS Priority Mail. Packages mailed via UPS, Federal Express, or any other express service will not receive reimbursement for postage. Returned items must be in saleable condition. All returns and exchanges are processed in our customer service center in Hawaii. Please allow 3-4 weeks for USPS delivery back to Hawaii.


Returns Outside the USA

If you are mailing your return from outside the US;, please mail securely wrapped merchandise by way of a basic shipping method along with the original packing slip to:

If you are in Hawaii, you can always return and/or exchange Kamaka Hawaii merchandise at our factory located at 550 South Street in Honolulu.
